Total Gas & Power
Basha-Franklin was selected to design Total's new Canary Wharf offices and oversee their move from the European HQ.
This project saw more than 100 staff relocate from the Paris office to new London headquarters. Basha-Franklin met the needs of different teams, helping to maintain their distinct business culture while creating comprehensive furniture and IT packages on a tight six-month programme.
The final scheme incorporates several meeting rooms wired with the latest audio-visual and telepresence technology, ensuring connectivity to the international offices.
Teams that previously worked in cellular workspaces embrace a more open-plan environment, including a large breakout space that also functions as a casual meeting area.
We designed decorative timber panels in the ceilings that could be removed to retain access to the ceiling void. Light fittings and services integrate into the ceiling units.
